Medical Conditions and Fitness
If you are unsure as to whether a medical condition might affect your safety, or the safety of others and thus prevent you from undertaking a particular experience, you should consult your GP prior to purchasing the voucher. In any event you agree to report any medical condition or other circumstance which might affect your safety or the safety of someone else involved in the experience to the experience provider before you undertake the experience.

The experience providers reserve the right to refuse to allow any person to undertake an experience if at their sole discretion the person undertaking all or any part of the experience is deemed unfit or otherwise on grounds of your own safety or that of others. In these circumstances no refunds will be made for the voucher nor for any wasted travelling costs.

Booking
You must make a prior booking with an experience provider before attending for any experience. At the time of making the booking you must quote the reference number and expiry date printed on the voucher to the experience provider.

You MUST take the Mile High Flights voucher with you when undertaking an experience, and hand it over to the experience provider. The experience providers reserve the right not to provide the experience should the voucher be unavailable on the day. Please turn up in good time on the day of the booking. No refunds will be made should the experience not occur due to your late arrival.

Booking Amendments and Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel a booking you should do so at the earliest opportunity by contacting the experience provider directly. If you book an activity and fail to attend without prior notification you may lose your entitlement to the experience.

If the experience is cancelled by the experience provider, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical breakdown, your experience will be re-booked.

Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss of any kind as a result of the purchase of a Mile High Flights voucher or the undertaking of any experience.

With the exception of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Mile High Flights our maximum liability is the value of any voucher purchased.

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract and receive a full refund of the price paid for your voucher if you change your mind within 7 days of purchase. Upon receipt by Special Experiences of the unused voucher such refunds will be paid to the person who purchased the voucher, either by credit/debit card refund or by cheque.

Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch vouchers in plain envelope by first-class post within 48 hours of receipt of order. Subject to postal delays, which are outside of our control, the voucher should therefore be received within 2-3 days of an order being placed. You will also receive e-mail confirmation of your order being placed.

Price Validity
The price paid for the Mile High Flight (which includes all taxes and delivery charges) remains valid for the validity period of the voucher.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Mile High Flights. These terms and conditions supersede and take precedence over any other prior agreements and representations, howsoever made.

Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer.

Cash Value
The cash redemption value of the voucher is £0.01

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Version 1.1

Mile High Flights - Terms & Conditions

Mile High Flights sells vouchers entitling the recipient to undertake a 'special experience'. The flights themselves are provided by a selected third-party and not by Mile High Flights directly.

Definitions
In these terms and conditions:

“you” means any person who purchases a voucher from Mile High Flights and the person named on the voucher, and the person who undertakes the experience, as is appropriate from the context.

“we” means “Mile High Flights”

Acceptance
By purchasing a Mile High Flights voucher via the Mile High Flights website or otherwise you confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions. If any aspect of these terms and conditions is unacceptable you should not purchase a voucher. Your attention is particularly drawn to the limitations of liability set out in these terms and conditions.

Experience Descriptions
Every effort has been made to describe the experiences accurately on our website though you accept that minor differences can occur. If you feel that an experience did not substantially live up to its description on our website, and this is not resolved with the experience provider, you should contact us immediately so that the matter can be resolved. Pictures used on this website are for representation only.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the nature of the experience at any time without any prior notice provided these do not materially change the experience.

Experience Durations
The durations of the experiences will be substantially as described. Due to the nature of the experiences you accept that minor variations in durations may occur. In the unlikely event that you feel that an experience did not materially live up to its description, in terms of duration, you should contact us immediately so that the matter can be resolved.

Experience Availability
Many of our flights are affected by weather and other factors. You should therefore contact Mile High Flights in good time, prior to travelling, on the day of your experience, to verify that the weather and other conditions are suitable. No reimbursement will be given for any wasted travel costs incurred under any circumstances.

Insurances
The flight company selected to deliver the Mile High Flights experiences has appropriate Third Party Liability Insurance covering their operations. Flying may involve an element of risk and the voucher is purchased on this basis. You should check that your own Personal Accident insurance covers you adequately when undertaking any experience.

Mile High Flights may require you to complete some paperwork upon arrival (for example, notifying you of disclaimers) and you should review any such paperwork thoroughly to ensure you are aware of and accept its contents and implications.

Voucher Validity
Vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown on the front of the voucher. Vouchers are generally personalised in the name of the recipient but you are free to transfer the voucher to another person whereupon it will remain valid until its expiry date. No refunds will be given in any circumstances after the expiry date or should a voucher be lost.

Restrictions
Some experiences have safety, age or other restrictions. You should check whether the restrictions will affect the person intended to use of the voucher before purchasing. We accept no responsibility for any experience provider refusing to provide an experience due to you failing to meet the published restriction criteria. Since the restrictions are safety related the experience provider will have the final say as to whether an experience will take place.

Safety
The experience provider may provide you with safety related instructions during the experience and you agree to follow these procedures/recommendations at all times in the interests of your own safety and that of others.

There are a small number of safety related considerations and restrictions.

You must be at least 14 years old

You must be able to get in and out of the aircraft unaided

You cannot smoke during your flight

You cannot use a mobile phone in an aircraft. For safety reasons mobile phones must be switched off during the flight.

If you have any form of illness which might affect your safety when flying or the safety of the instructor you should make this known when booking. If you are in any doubt ask your GP.

Animals are not allowed 'air side'
